Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of space management/merchandising experience.
• 2+ years in consumer packaged goods or retail.
• Experience leading complex projects and cross-functional influence.
• Proficiency with space planning tools and data sources.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of space planning analysts, setting priorities and coaching performance.
• Own space management initiatives across national retailers.
• Lead category captaincies and retailer engagements with data-backed strategies.
• Translate insights into practical shelf and merchandising recommendations.
• Manage planogram development, resets, and execution with cross-functional partners.
• Deliver data-driven analyses and visuals to stakeholders.
