Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field as listed.
• Minimum 5 years of planning, architecture, real estate, or related experience.
• Experience with planning, space design, and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage space inventory and updates, and link to budget model.
• Coordinate space allocations and requests for space.
• Provide space use statistics, analysis, reports, and floor plans.
• Assist relocation planning and sequencing for changes.
