## Space Management and Planning AnalystApply: Office: Columbus, OH: Full time: Posted Today: R0075491# **Description****Summary:** The Space Management and Planning Analyst creates space planning design and cost-effective solutions for colleagues in support of office relocations, space consolidations, space reconfigurations, new construction and renovations, that align with corporate real estate strategies and workplace standards. **Duties and Responsibilities:*** Interface with leadership and internal construction management to create project budget.* Dynamically and graphically report on drawing-sourced space data, including building and department areas, usable square footage, inventory of space types, occupancy rates and vacancies.* Perform other duties as assigned. **Basic Qualifications:*** Bachelor's Degree* 5+ years of related experience or 10+ years of related experience will be considered in lieu of Bachelor's Degree **Preferred Qualifications:*** Strong budgeting/accounting experience and knowledge of industry -Best Practices* Experience in developing, managing and measuring performance standards, as well as, possessing strong communication and interpersonal skills* Superior interpersonal skills are required to interact with internal customers and partners at all levels within the Bank* Excellent written and verbal communication, excellent computer skills, good analytical and reasoning, data analysis, detail oriented and ability to work with narrow deadlines**Exempt Status: (Yes** = not eligible for overtime pay) (**No** = eligible for overtime pay)Yes**Workplace Type:**OfficeOur Approach to **Office** Workplace TypeCertain positions outside our branch network may be eligible for a flexible work arrangement.
