Job summary

Avalore, LLC is seeking a senior professional to provide high-level airborne and space ISR guidance to senior government leadership in Arlington, VA. You will support DoD/IC processes, prepare executive materials, and help shape congressional and budget-related guidance.

The role requires a TS/SCI eligible clearance, 5+ years’ ISR experience, and a Bachelor’s degree. Strong English communication and MS Office skills are essential, with on-site work in the Washington, D.C. area.

Qualifications

• Top SECRET security clearance with SCI eligibility.
• 5 years’ experience supporting airborne or space ISR programs within DoW.
• Experience with DoD/IC staff processes (PPBE, requirements, programming, or budget).
• Experience drafting executive briefings, issue papers, or memoranda for senior leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level ISR expertise and counsel to senior leadership.
• Offer national security recommendations to support government direction and programs.
• Draft testimony, responses, and congressional budget materials.
• Represent client positions in ISR requirements and programming.
• Prepare briefs, memos, and staff packages for OSW-related work.
• Support PPBE-focused activities and issue papers.
