Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Space Force Basing & Beddown Specialist to translate mission requirements into facility and infrastructure documents, with cost estimates for MILCON and/or FSRM programs. You will support USSF basing initiatives through cost estimation, planning and architectural analysis, and prepare high-impact staff packages and presentations for senior leadership.

A Top Secret clearance is required, and you must be eligible to work in the United States; domestic travel may be

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, or planning with 10+ years in DoD/DAF processes.
• Experience developing Class 4 and 5 estimates and working with MILCON/FSRM programs.
• HQ staff package development and staffing approvals for facility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Translate mission requirements to facility documents with cost estimates for MILCON/FSRM.
• Support USSF basing initiatives with cost estimates and expanded planning.
• Prepare staff packages and presentations for senior leadership.
