Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ experience with broad knowledge of DAF and DoD processes.
• Experience developing Class 4 and 5 cost estimates.
• HQ experience with staffing approval packages for facility requirements.

Responsibilities

• Translate mission requirements to facility and infrastructure documents with cost estimates.
• Draft MILCON/FSRM DD1391s to implement Approved Basing Decisions.
• Prepare high-impact staff packages and presentations for senior leadership.
