Job summary

Source Direct is seeking a Sourcing Coordinator in Phoenix, AZ to manage daily purchasing, supplier records, and material flow for our construction projects. You will own vendor relationships, track price and delivery performance, and ensure accurate records to support bids and on-time delivery.

Experience in purchasing or sourcing is preferred; Mandarin is a bonus but not required. Join a team delivering made-to-spec building products for hospitality and multifamily construction nationwide, and

Qualifications

Purchasing, procurement, or sourcing experience; construction industry a plus.
Detail-oriented with ability to manage a dozen vendor relationships without losing track.
Comfort with procurement software and Microsoft Office.
Independent, proactive, able to work under pressure.
Mandarin or related language skills are a bonus but not required.
Highly organized and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

Day-to-day sourcing operations: keep records clean and up-to-date.
Strategic vendor management: vet suppliers for quality and capacity; track performance.
Flag risk and substitutions in writing to the PM before a job is committed.
Support cost benchmarking and re-negotiation to keep pricing competitive.
