The Advisor will develop sourcing plans, build pipelines, and drive an excellent candidate experience while supporting relocation, sponsorship, and executive searches as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 3 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources.
• Advanced proficiency in ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM tools, and Boolean search.
• Intermediate proficiency with applicant tracking systems, HR systems, reporting tools, and recruiting technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting activities for high-impact and senior-level positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop candidate profiles.
• Provide labor market intelligence and workforce planning insights to improve hiring outcomes.
• Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, and offer coordination.
