Job summary

NVIDIA Talent Acquisition is seeking a strategic Sourcing Manager (Finance) to lead and scale sourcing for G&A and Product, building diverse, high-quality pipelines and mentoring a team of Sourcers.

You will partner with Recruiting Managers and VPs to forecast needs, implement data-driven sourcing strategies, and optimize tools and processes. This on-site Santa Clara role offers equity and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in Talent Acquisition with 3+ years in a dedicated Sourcing role.
• 2+ years in a leadership or people management role, mentoring sourcers or recruiters.
• Proven track record with data-driven sourcing strategies delivering pipeline quality and diversity gains.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management, capable of influencing leaders at all levels.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven sourcing strategies for Finance, G&A and Product across functions.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Sourcers; foster a culture of high performance.
• Maximize effectiveness of sourcing tools, technologies, and platforms (AI, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM).
• Establish sourcing metrics (Source of Hire, Time-to-Submit, Pass-through Rates) and share insights with leadership.
• Collaborate with Recruiting Managers, Hiring Managers, and VPs to forecast pipeline needs and candidate profiles.
• Refine end-to-end sourcing processes from initial outreach to hand-off to recruiting partners.
