Job summary

NVIDIA Talent Acquisition is seeking a strategic Manager, Sourcing to lead and scale our sourcing for G&A and Product functions in the United States. You will guide a team of Sourcers, mentor talent, and drive data-driven strategies across finance, HR, legal, IT, operations, and product engineering.

You will partner with Recruiting leaders and Hiring Managers to forecast needs, optimize tools, and improve diversity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with 3+ years in a dedicated Sourcing role.
• 2+ years of leadership or people management experience, mentoring/supervising sourcers or recruiters.
• Demonstrated track record of data-driven sourcing strategies improving pipeline quality and diversity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative, data-driven sourcing strategies and talent engagement.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Sourcers, fostering high performance.
• Maximize the effectiveness of sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., AI, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, CRM).
• Establish sourcing metrics (Source of Hire, Time-to-Submit, Pass-through Rates) and provide insights to Recruiting leadership.
• Collaborate with Recruiting Managers, Hiring Managers, and VPs to forecast pipeline demands.
