Responsibilities

• Assist with strategic sourcing and supplier selection activities.
• Gather, organize, and analyze information related to supplier capabilities, cost, quality, delivery, lead time, capacity, and risk.
• Establish strategic supplier relationships and governance.
• Negotiate competitive commercial and development agreements.
• Develop dashboards using Tableau, Excel, Smartsheet, Visio, QAD, AI & other platforms.
• Support the design, implementation, and management of information reporting systems.
• Investigate data analytics problems, identify root causes, and propose solutions.
• Assist departments with purchasing procedures and order follow-ups to ensure timely deliveries.
• Prepare reports, spreadsheets and related documentation.
• Assist in purchase order follow-ups to ensure correct pricing and timing.
• Maintain part and inventory status reports for new products/projects.
• Maintain compliance with PROCEPT Quality Management System and Policies.
• Perform other related duties as required.
