Qualifications

• ERP/MRP proficiency; SAP or JD Edwards preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to manage inventory planning and supplier performance.

Responsibilities

• Monitor forecasts, inventory levels, and customer demand with internal teams to align strategies.
• Create and manage purchase orders for timely delivery of materials and products.
• Source, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to improve continuity, lead times, and cost.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships; monitor quality, pricing, delivery, and performance.
• Lead supplier negotiations and cost-reduction programs to improve margins.
• Develop sourcing strategies for existing and new suppliers and products.
• Analyze purchasing trends, inventory performance, and supplier metrics.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, permits, certifications, and company requirements.
• Coordinate sourcing and supplier management for age-restricted materials.
• Support new product launches and supplier transitions.
