Job summary

Syenta in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Supplier & Sourcing Manager to lead supplier sourcing, negotiations and supplier relationships across our growing supply base. You will structure deals beyond unit price using volume, timing, forecasts and capacity commitments to secure flexible, cost-effective arrangements.

You'll work ahead of demand, building a pipeline of qualified suppliers, evaluating alternatives and managing supply risk while partnering with Engineering and Process teams to align on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related discipline.
• 5+ years' experience in sourcing, procurement, supply chain or supplier management.
• Strong commercial and analytical capability; experience negotiating pricing and terms.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial negotiations across materials, components, tooling, equipment and services.
• Develop creative commercial structures beyond unit price; volume, timing, forecasts, payment terms and capacity commitments.
