Job summary

The Senior Procurement Specialist at Fresenius Kabi leads end-to-end sourcing and supplier management across assigned categories to support manufacturing operations, driving cost optimization, supplier performance, and supply continuity while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain, you will manage complex sourcing events, negotiate contracts and SOWs, and mentor other procurement staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–10 years in procurement or purchasing in industrial or medical production.
• Strong negotiation and communications skills.
• Willingness to travel at least 30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing strategies for assigned categories.
• Negotiate terms and secure best quality with suppliers.
• Develop and execute SOWs and contracts.
• Ensure supply continuity and alignment with production timelines.
• Maintain SAP data and support MRP requirements.
