Responsibilities

• Interact with service partners to ensure communication regarding goal setting, performance, workflow guidelines, and responsibilities.
• Manage service partner productivity, monitor workload and ensure quality standards and revenue goals are achieved.
• Negotiate pricing with new and existing service partners to align with rates for the local area.
