Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in sourcing, supply chain or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in sourcing, supply chain, or related business.
• Ability to work with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient PC skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for assigned categories.
• Issue RFQs and analyze responses.
• Communicate strategies, pricing, and market conditions to stakeholders.
• Identify and develop new suppliers.
• Ensure uninterrupted supply of materials and services.
• Negotiate and implement sourcing agreements to improve supply and cost.
• Forecast pricing and provide budgetary insights.
• Manage pricing and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop category strategies with Sourcing Director.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with business units to align strategy with total cost.
