The role requires meticulous, strategic thinking and a collaborative approach with internal teams. The ideal candidate has procurement or supply chain experience, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and a commitment to ethical sourcing.

Formación

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Analytical mindset with market research skills.

Responsabilidades

• Identify potential suppliers through market research and networks.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery, and payment terms for best value.
• Manage supplier documents, quotes, and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor supplier performance using KPIs and address issues.
• Maintain supplier and item data in the ERP system.
