Job summary

OSI INDUSTRIES, LLC is seeking a Strategic Sourcing & Category Management professional to drive RFx processes, supplier negotiations, and cost-saving initiatives across multiple plants in Illinois and beyond.

You will collaborate with Operations, Finance, IT, and Legal to align procurement strategies with business goals, manage supplier performance, and ensure regulatory compliance. 3–5 years’ experience, SAP/Simfoni knowledge, and a BA/BS are preferred.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in procurement/supply chain preferred.
Expert knowledge of food manufacturing, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
Clear communication skills, written and verbal, across all levels.
Ability to collaborate with Finance, Operations, IT, Legal, and other stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Lead RFx processes and supplier negotiations focused on cost, service, quality, and compliance.
Identify and deliver cost savings while protecting food safety and operational continuity.
Onboard new suppliers based on standards and authorize purchase orders.
Manage supplier performance via KPIs and scorecards; lead QBRs.
Ensure supplier contracts meet legal, compliance, and operational standards.
Mitigate procurement risks across the supplier base.
