Innova Solutions is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist in Menlo Park, CA. This contract-to-hire, full-time role entails owning end-to-end sourcing activities, coordinating with Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Security to meet contractual and compliance needs.

You will lead RFQ/RFPs, evaluate proposals, and negotiate terms while maintaining thorough procurement records. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 7+ years of strategic sourcing experience, and is

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, Operations, Contracts, or related field, or equivalent experience.
7+ years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing, subcontracts, procurement, or supplier negotiations.
Experience with U.S. Government contracts, FAR/DFARS flow-downs, source selection, pricing, and supplier documentation.
Experience leading RFQ/RFP processes, evaluating supplier proposals, negotiating terms.

Responsibilities

Own strategic sourcing and subcontracting activities from intake to closeout.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate requirements into sourcing actions.
Lead RFQ/RFP processes, supplier evaluations, and negotiations.
Prepare and administer purchase orders and subcontracts.
Coordinate reviews of flow-downs, DPAS, ITAR, and cybersecurity requirements.
Maintain audit-ready procurement files and documentation.
Manage supplier performance including cost, schedule, and changes.
