LeoLabs is hiring a Strategic Sourcing Manager in a hybrid role based in Menlo Park, CA. You will lead sourcing strategies for radar, RF, electronics, and contract manufacturing, guiding supplier selection and negotiations across cross-functional teams. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in strategic sourcing for technically complex hardware, experience with U.S.

Government contracts, and strong leadership. This role partners with Engineering, Legal, Finance, and Security to ensure compliant

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in supply chain-related field.
• 10+ years in strategic sourcing for hardware programs.
• Experience with RFQ/RFP, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiations.
• Knowledge of U.S. Government contracts, FAR/DFARS, DPAS, ITAR, CUI, cybersecurity.
• Ability to translate requirements into supplier criteria and risk plans.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional teams and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own sourcing strategies for radar, RF, electronics, and testing suppliers.
• Lead RFQ/RFPs, total-cost and should-cost analysis, and negotiations.
• Partner with Engineering/Manufacturing in design and NPI for manufacturability and risk.
• Own supplier onboarding, governance, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. Government contract requirements and security.
• Manage and develop the sourcing team and priorities.
• Collaborate with Legal, Security, and Finance on supplier decisions.
