Job summary

Light & Wonder's Strategic Sourcing group sets the supply chain direction for electronics components, negotiating terms and coordinating supplier interactions to reduce cost, lead times, and risk. The Sourcing Specialist will lead cross-functional projects, develop category strategies, monetize sourcing opportunities, and partner with Finance and Operations to deliver measurable savings.

Qualifications

3+ years experience in sourcing or supply chain.
Experience in category management and multi-step sourcing processes.
Experience with leveraged agreements and multi-year contracts.
Strong problem solving and action-planning skills.
Excellent supplier relationship management.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities.
Strong communication of technical concepts.
Collaborative, cross-functional teamwork.

Responsibilities

Work cross-functionally to define and implement Global Sourcing strategies.
Negotiate with component suppliers using volume aggregation, bidding, and low-cost country sourcing.
Develop suppliers to mitigate risk and introduce new technologies.
Interface with Finance to link sourcing savings with budget.
Support supplier development using supplier scorecards and quarterly reviews.
