Labtopia, Inc. seeks a Sourcing Specialist to manage chemical raw materials and indirect purchases across multiple sites. You will maintain pricing data in ERP, coordinate sample requests, and support sourcing decisions with strong negotiation skills.

The role is ~70% tactical and 30% strategic, with opportunities for hybrid work after an initial 60 days and collaboration with Finance, AP, and Supply Chain teams. On-site work in Houston, TX is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, chemistry, or a related field.
• At least three years of sourcing, procurement, or purchasing experience.
• Demonstrated supplier negotiation skills and ERP proficiency.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy in pricing/master data.

Responsabilités

• Maintain pricing and item data in ERP; validate price changes and terms.
• Resolve invoicing discrepancies with Accounts Payable and maintain landed-cost models.
• Coordinate and track sample requests and supplier documentation.
• Prepare pricing, lead-time, and market reports to support sourcing decisions.
• Monitor supplier performance and coordinate corrective actions.
• Support RFPs, bids, and total cost of ownership analyses.
• Contribute to cost-reduction initiatives and inventory management.
• Provide inputs for S&OP and assist cross-location data integration.
