Riddell is seeking a Supply Chain Strategic Sourcing Specialist to support the sourcing and procurement team with data analysis, supplier coordination, and project support. This role partners across Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, Operations, Distribution, Finance, and Product Management to drive strategic sourcing initiatives.

Key duties include RFQs/RFPs, tracking timelines and milestones, maintaining documentation, and analyzing cost savings and tariff impacts.

The Supply Chain Strategic Sourcing Specialist supports the sourcing and procurement team by providing data analysis, supplier coordination, and project support. The Strategic Sourcing Specialist is responsible for supporting key supply chain strategic initiatives, including strategic sourcing projects, vendor management activities and vendor matrix creation and analysis. This role works cross-functionally with teams in Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, Operations, Distribution, Finance, and Product Management.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties as assigned)

• Sourcing Project Support
• Assist in executing sourcing projects, including RFQs/RFPs and supplier communication
• Help track sourcing project timelines and deliverables
• Maintain sourcing documentation and records
• Maintain and track cost savings and progress to goal on a monthly basis.
• Maintain and track forecast to actuals for tariff impacts.
• Provide support for sourcing team through data export and analysis.
• Assist with data collection, quantification, and reporting for strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Assist with tracking and implementing new suppliers within in ERP system
• Support supplier scorecard analysis and lead change management for scorecard process
• Ensure materials follow proper qualification, pricing, master data setup, and purchasing protocols
• Assist with data accuracy within ERP system
• Analyze supplier sourcing strategies (e.g., single source vs. dual source) and document all parts both single and dual sourced.
• Support creation of standard operating procedure around new supplier supplier setup and approval process.
• Build and maintain vendor matrix tool and standard operating procedures.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Three to Five (3-5) years of experience in sourcing or supply chain related field.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures.
• Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office, primarily Excel.
• Knowledge of MRP systems including experience using SAP a plus.
• Knowledge of sourcing principles, manufacturing processes, quality requirements, materials and inventory management principles.
