Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Chicago seeks a senior procurement leader to manage a multi-category Repack portfolio spanning ambient, refrigerated, and frozen networks. You will own the Repack strategy for the North America Zone, drive value through make-versus-buy analyses, network design, and footprint optimization, and lead cross-functional category initiatives.

You will oversee supplier governance, negotiate complex contracts, and manage category P&L, budgets, and productivity efforts,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field is required.
• 7–10+ years of Procurement, Supply Chain, or Operations experience with a track record of delivering results.
• Knowledge of food and beverage supply chains, including manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, and supplier network management.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills are essential.
• Experience negotiating and managing supplier contracts and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead a complex, multi-category Repack portfolio across 40+ product categories.
• Own Repack strategy for North America, including network design and footprint optimization.
• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and governance frameworks.
• Partner with Operations, R&D, Quality, Finance, Marketing and Sales to develop category strategies.
• Lead supplier governance and business reviews to drive performance and continuous improvement.
• Own category financial performance including budgeting, forecasting and productivity delivery.
