Job summary

GTC in Reading, OH, is seeking a Sourcing Recruiter — Talent Acquisition for contract-to-hire on-site. You will partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager and HR to understand technical qualifications, culture fit, and citizenship requirements for each open role, then actively build talent pipelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of sourcing or recruiting experience.
• Technical sourcing experience in defense, aerospace, or manufacturing preferred.
• Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search.
• Proven ability to build diverse candidate pipelines.
• Clear communication and strong organizational skills.
• U.S. citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with TA Manager and HR to define role qualifications and citizenship needs.
• Proactively identify and engage passive and active candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, cold outreach, job boards, and ATS databases.
• Actively pursue talent instead of waiting for applications.
• Build and maintain diverse pipelines for evergreen and defense-specific roles.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial outreach within 24 hours of finding candidates, and hand off vetted prospects.
• Maintain ATS accuracy, deliver weekly pipeline metrics, and map talent across competitors and government programs.
• Support employer branding by representing GTC at career fairs and events.
