Job summary

AWS Infrastructure Services Recruiting is seeking a Sourcing Recruiter to design end-to-end sourcing strategies for data center infrastructure roles at scale. You will use multi-channel outreach, including generative AI tools, to build scalable pipelines and deliver measurable results that fuel business growth.

In this role you will partner with hiring managers, screen candidates, track metrics, and represent AWS at recruiting events and conferences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of technical recruiting in high volume environment
• Experience building candidate sourcing and closing strategies

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for cloud computing, software development, and infrastructure roles
• Utilize various sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other technical platforms
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future positions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team culture
• Screen and evaluate candidates' qualifications against role requirements
• Track sourcing metrics and provide regular reporting on pipeline health
• Maintain ATS (Applicant Tracking System) data accuracy
• Represent Amazon at recruiting events and tech conferences
