Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
• Five years of purchasing, sourcing or logistics experience.
• Significant contract knowledge, negotiation and project management skills.
• Pursue CPSM certification or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sourcing systems.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Up to 20% domestic travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing - identifies high-value, complex goods/services for major projects up to $50M; defines bid requirements and leads bid events.
• Project management - creates and tracks project plans, coordinates resources, and communicates status with stakeholders.
• Negotiations - develops strategies and leads negotiations for capital project purchases.
• Supplier management - monitors performance and manages tier I/II supplier relationships.
• Risk containment & mentoring - applies contract knowledge to documents and mentors junior staff.
