Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Sourcing & Procurement Consulting Senior Manager to drive direct materials sourcing, cost transformation, and procurement transformation programs for clients. The role spans strategy and implementation with a focus on AI-enabled sourcing and technology platforms.

You will lead multi-stream projects, mentor teams, and coordinate onshore/offshore resources, while engaging senior stakeholders to deliver value and measurable savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of consulting/industry experience in sourcing/procurement.
• Experience leading teams or projects in sourcing/procurement engagements.
• Travel up to 50% based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing and procurement project delivery across process design, data analytics, AI-enabled sourcing, and category strategy design.
• Advising clients on supply chain and operations strategy and translating findings into sourcing strategies and should-cost models.
• Lead multiple workstreams and onshore/offshore teams in a fast-paced client service environment.
• Support transformation initiatives with eProcurement and AI-enabled sourcing tech like Coupa, Ariba, and iValua.
• Conduct value chain mapping, product teardown, and value engineering to identify cost drivers.
• Build client relationships, present recommendations to executives, and guide teams to delivery and satisfaction.
