Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Sourcing & Procurement Consulting Manager to drive direct materials sourcing and cost transformation across Strategy, Analytics, and Technology-enabled procurement. You will guide client teams on category insights, operating model improvements, and performance metrics on a global SCNO footprint.

You will manage multiple workstreams, mentor teams, and lead onshore/offshore delivery while leveraging eProcurement tools like Coupa, Ariba, and iValua to deliver tangible cost

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, industry, or both.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience leading sourcing and procurement projects from strategy through implementation.
• Experience with spend analytics, Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, strategic sourcing execution, category management, operational procurement, demand management, and supplier management.
• Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Responsibilities

• Leading sourcing and procurement project delivery across process design, data analytics, solution configuration, deployment, testing, knowledge management, and performance metric development
• Advising clients on supply chain and operations strategy and translating findings into sourcing strategies, total cost of ownership models, and recommendations for client executives
• Managing multiple workstreams and leading onshore and offshore teams in a client service environment
• Supporting transformation initiatives using eProcurement technology solutions such as Coupa, Ariba, and iValua
• Assessing category cost drivers, supplier opportunities, and large datasets to identify trends, insights, and cost improvement opportunities
