Job summary

VIVA Railings seeks a Purchasing Sourcing Manager to develop and execute procurement strategies, manage supplier relationships, and negotiate contracts to ensure material availability for production and business objectives.

The role focuses on owning the AVL, driving cost and performance improvements, and leading the procurement team to deliver on strategic goals with strong vendor collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of procurement/purchasing experience with leadership exposure.
• Demonstrated ownership of vendor management at a strategic level.
• Experience managing domestic and international (offshore) vendor relationships.
• Strong negotiation skills and comfort owning commercial terms with vendors.
• Proven ability to build or overhaul a process from first principles and get a team to adopt it.

Responsibilities

• Own procurement strategy and policy and ensure team adherence.
• Develop and govern the Approved Vendor List (AVL) and review against data.
• Drive vendor negotiations, cost, quality, delivery, and risk decisions.
• Manage vendor risk, single-source exposure, and contingency planning.
• Lead offshore and local purchasing, set pricing and delivery terms.
• Oversee PO lifecycle and escalation handling in procurement.
