Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Procurement Manager in the Boston area to lead client engagements focused on cost optimization, strategic sourcing, and procurement process improvements. You will manage projects, communications with clients and suppliers, and drive measurable bottom-line impact across complex assignments.

The role requires 5+ years in management consulting with procurement focus, a Bachelor's degree (MBA a plus), and strong data-analytic capabilities using BI tools to guide decisions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management consulting experience supporting procurement and/or strategic sourcing initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. MBA is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop overall project plans and lead all parts of the client engagement.
• Manage project resources and coordinate with SMEs from within and outside the firm.
• Develop cost-reduction strategies and recommendations.
• Present to client executives and build consensus among stakeholders.
• Develop and nurture relationships with clients and support internal strategy deliverables.
