Job summary

The Structures Company is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist II in Phoenix, AZ for a contract position. The role focuses on leading commodity management, supplier negotiations, and NDAs, with expertise in SAP, ERP systems, RFQ platforms, and eSourcing tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, procurement, and supplier negotiations.
• Experience with SAP and ERP systems.
• Proficiency with RFQ platforms and eSourcing tools.
• MS Office proficiency and basic project management skills.
• Knowledge of compliance documentation (ETRs, FAIRs, supplier scorecards).

Responsibilities

• Lead commodity management activities and supplier negotiations.
• Prepare, route, and upload NDAs.
• Draft unilateral letters, novations, assignments, and assumptions with Legal and Contracts teams.
• Review supplier amendments for compliance and accuracy.
• Prepare compliance documentation including ETRs, FAIRs, scorecards, and SAP data updates.
• Develop and distribute RFQ packages with drawings and documentation.
• Perform vendor master additions and material master updates.
• Analyze part demand, forecasts, and historical receipts.
• Initiate Should-Cost Engineering analysis and extract sourcing data.
