Job summary

Baker Hughes Bently Nevada is seeking a Sourcing Professional in Buying/Procurement to support plant-wide supply chain activities and ensure timely material delivery for production. You will interface with production and suppliers to schedule raw materials, issue POs, monitor MRP signals, and drive supplier performance.

Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s degree or a high school diploma with 4+ years in manufacturing/materials, strong analytical and communication skills, ERP/SAP experience,

Responsibilities

• Interface with production and suppliers to schedule raw materials to meet demand.
• Issue purchase orders following company and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and manage material plans that do not meet customer requirements.
• Develop supplier relationships and track on-time delivery metrics.
• Monitor corrective actions and support changeover coordination with suppliers.
• Ensure on-time delivery through cross-functional collaboration.
