Premier is seeking a Strategic Sourcing & Negotiations Manager to lead front-end sourcing and negotiations for healthcare member networks. You will drive end-to-end sourcing events, bid analyses, and award recommendations in alignment with GPO strategy, governance, and regulatory standards.

You will collaborate with Product Planning, Legal, Finance, and Contract Management teams to optimize category strategies, value propositions, and supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Years of Applicable Experience - 5 or more years

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end sourcing events for assigned categories from strategy through award recommendation.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies delivering competitive pricing, resilient supply, and high value to member organizations.
• Serve as the primary negotiator with suppliers, driving favorable terms.
• Oversee sourcing project plans, timelines, and deliverables with governance and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align on strategy, decisions, and outcomes.
• Coach and mentor Specialists/Analysts supporting sourcing events.
