Job summary

Twin Disc, Inc. in Racine, WI, is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to manage supplier relationships and material planning for manufacturing operations.

You will own assigned suppliers and part numbers, coordinate forecasts, and ensure uninterrupted production with optimal inventory levels. Collaborate with Planning, Engineering, Quality, and Logistics to resolve supply issues, manage data in JD Edwards, and support ECNs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in manufacturing, materials management, purchasing, inventory control, supply chain, or production support.
• APICS CPIM or similar certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned suppliers and part numbers.
• Coordinate forecasts, production schedules, and delivery commitments.
• Monitor supplier performance and address issues impacting production.
• Maintain planning data and parameters (lead times, lot sizes, reorder points, order policies, safety stock).
• Support ECNs and material transitions.
