Job summary

Inspire Brands is seeking a Manager-Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Relationships to lead procurement for software across Analytics, Digital Marketing, and eCommerce teams. This onsite role partners with Brand, Technology, Finance, Legal, and Privacy to negotiate complex terms, manage strategic vendors, and drive cost efficiencies.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in procurement, a 4-year degree, and a proven track record shaping enterprise-wide agreements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or contract management with software/SaaS.
• Proven ability to negotiate complex terms balancing cost, risk, and performance.
• Experience partnering with Technology, Finance, Legal/Privacy teams.
• Strong business judgment, analytical skills, and stakeholder influence.
• Experience with marketing tech or eCommerce software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own procurement strategy and execution for software contracts across brands.
• Lead end-to-end commercial negotiations including renewals and expansions.
• Manage large vendor relationships and align internal stakeholders.
• Negotiate pricing models, discounts, SLAs, and termination rights.
• Partner with Legal/Privacy to align data privacy provisions.
• Influence Brand, Technology, Finance on requirements and strategy.
• Identify cost efficiencies and track savings post-signature.
• Ensure governance approvals and maintain sourcing documentation.
