Job summary

Eastman, a global specialty materials company headquartered in Kingsport, TN, seeks a Sourcing Manager for Site Services to lead category strategies and supplier relationships across indirect spend. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance or related field.
• 3+ years in procurement, strategic sourcing, or contract management.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills with focus on TCO, safety and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead sourcing strategies for site services including maintenance and contractor work.
• Analyze spend, market conditions, and supplier capabilities to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Conduct total cost of ownership, should-cost analyses, and benchmarking to guide decisions.
• Lead RFPs, prequalification, bid evaluations, negotiations, and award recommendations.
• Monitor performance, manage contracts, and drive continuous improvement with stakeholders.
