Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 4 years sourcing and managing Professional Services categories.
• Proven experience leading RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, supplier evaluations, and negotiations.
• Strong commercial, analytical, financial modelling, and TCO analysis skills.
• Experience managing stakeholder relationships across business, finance, legal, and procurement functions.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and present to senior/executive stakeholders.
• Experience in global/matrix organizations.
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, shape demand, and develop sourcing strategies.
• Develop and execute category strategies across Professional Services categories.
• Conduct market analysis, supplier research, benchmarking, and industry assessments.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing events: RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, supplier evaluations, negotiations, contracts.
• Perform commercial, financial, and total cost of ownership analyses.
• Lead contract negotiations covering pricing, SLAs, terms, and risk mitigation.
• Manage supplier relationships and drive performance, innovation, and improvement.
• Collaborate with legal, finance, risk, and procurement for governance compliance.
• Develop and present sourcing recommendations and negotiation outcomes to senior stakeholders.
• Support contract execution, onboarding, and transition activities.
