Job summary

DASCO HME LLC is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing strategies across medical equipment and supplies. You will oversee RFPs, supplier negotiations, contract development, and supplier performance programs, partnering with cross-functional teams to balance cost, quality, service, and continuity.

This role demands independent management of complex sourcing initiatives from opportunity to implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of progressive procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain experience.
• Experience independently developing and managing RFPs and supplier negotiations.
• Experience evaluating supplier contracts and commercial terms.
• Experience with financial and total-cost-of-ownership analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for key products and services.
• Lead competitive RFP, RFQ, and RFI processes.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and supplier agreements.
• Develop RFP documents, specifications, supplier requirements, and evaluation methodologies.
• Manage supplier performance and risk across categories.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance and Operations on contracts and compliance.
• Identify opportunities to consolidate suppliers and leverage volume.
• Monitor savings and ensure contract implementation and renewal readiness.
