• Develop and execute category management and strategic sourcing strategies aligned with organizational goals, including competitive bidding and supplier negotiation.
• Drive procurement transformation efforts through effective use of procurement technology, data analytics, and best practices.

Job description

We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to help accelerate the transformation of Atlantic Aviation's procurement organization. This role will serve as an internal consultant and strategic business partner, working across functions to identify opportunities, develop sourcing and category strategies, improve business processes, and deliver measurable enterprise value.

The successful candidate will combine analytical problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and project leadership skills to address complex business challenges involving spend management, supplier performance, operational efficiency, and procurement transformation. This position offers significant exposure to senior leadership and the opportunity to shape the future operating model of a growing organization.

The position will be primarily responsible for strategic categories such as aviation (jet) fuel and ground service equipment but will support additional projects as needed.
