Job summary

Revance Therapeutics, Inc. in Johnson City, TN is seeking a Category Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing across indirect and direct spend, manage RFQ/RFP processes, and negotiate favorable commercial terms.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to drive cost savings while ensuring compliance with FDA-change control processes. You will oversee supplier evaluations, transitions, and performance, working closely with Quality, Regulatory, and Manufacturing to maintain supply

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of directly related experience.
Experience with indirect sourcing, specifically professional services.
Experience within FDA-regulated industries is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end RFQ and RFP processes, evaluating proposals and presenting award recommendations.
Negotiate contracts with stakeholders to secure favorable terms while minimizing risk.
Source direct materials (chemicals, APIs, packaging) in line with FDA regulations and cGMP.
Partner with Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing to qualify suppliers and manage change control.
Develop scopes of work for professional services and negotiate terms, SLAs, KPIs.
Draft and review commercial agreements, including MSAs and SOWs.
Monitor supplier performance and implement cost-saving initiatives.
