Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare in Atlanta, GA is seeking an experienced procurement leader to drive strategic sourcing across the system. You will lead cross-functional teams to reduce total cost of goods and services while maintaining quality and service levels.

The role requires 5 years in supply chain or related fields with financial analysis and contracting experience; a Bachelor's degree is preferred, or 11 years of experience in lieu of degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Administration, Nursing or a closely related field.
• In lieu of degree six (6) years of relevant work experience will be accepted in addition to the experience requirement.
• Five years of experience in a Supply Chain or related role where financial analysis, contracting, and/or clinical analysis is Required.
• In lieu of degree eleven (11) years of experience in a Supply Chain or related role where financial analysis, contracting, and/or clinical analysis is Required.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to achieve significant cost reductions and year-over-year savings while maintaining or improving product quality and supplier service levels.
• Leads, facilitates, assembles, and manages cross-functional teams across the Piedmont Healthcare system to drive system-wide performance improvements and knowledge transfer for replication of best practices.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain to ensure agreements are loaded within systems and products/services are implemented operationally and communicate with key stakeholders including medical staff, clinicians, legal, and supplier executives.
