Job summary

You will partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, Finance, Regulatory, and R&D to align sourcing with enterprise goals and drive supply resilience. The role demands 7–10 years of procurement experience, strong analytics, and a track record of delivering cost savings while managing supplier risk.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive procurement or strategic sourcing experience in global manufacturing.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide category strategies and cross-functional sourcing initiatives.
• Strong analytical capabilities including spend analysis, cost modeling, and supplier performance management.
• Experience influencing business decisions through executive stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-year global commodities and category strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Own productivity, cost savings, inflation mitigation, and working capital targets for assigned commodities.
• Apply total cost of ownership (TCO) and benchmarking methodologies to identify value opportunities.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives supporting new product introductions and operational excellence.
• Develop supplier partnerships and executive relationships to drive innovation, quality, and supply continuity.
• Lead supplier segmentation, performance management, and development for critical suppliers.
• Monitor market trends and risks to adapt sourcing strategies and mitigate business risk.
• Partner with engineering, operations, and finance early in product development to influence cost and supplier selection.
• Present strategies and savings initiatives to senior leadership.
