Job summary

AMD is seeking a Foundry Advanced Packaging Sourcing Manager in Austin, TX. You will coordinate spend with strategic foundry suppliers and lead procurement initiatives across post-fab and advanced packaging services.

You will develop global sourcing strategies, build strong supplier relationships, and drive cost improvements through analytics, negotiation, and effective program management. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills within a fast-growing semiconductor

Qualifications

• Problem solving specialist with ability to analyze data and situations.

• Experience in Foundry or semiconductor supply chain is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate management and spend of strategic foundry suppliers.
• Develop global procurement strategy for post-fab and advanced packaging.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships.
• Provide analytical support on sourcing strategies and cost improvements.
• Own bidding process, contract execution, and supplier performance management.
• Report progress to AMD Senior Management.
