Job summary

Kratos Industries LLC, part of Legrand's Data Power and Control team, seeks a Strategic Sourcing Manager to own supplier strategy, cost, risk, and day‑to‑day execution. You will drive sourcing across Kratos and DPC, ensuring supply continuity and lowest total cost of ownership.

The role partners with operations, engineering, quality, and finance, with 5+ years in sourcing and strong teamwork. Travel up to 20% is required; education and certs are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field.
• Project management certification or equivalent preferred.
• 5+ years of supply chain or sourcing experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for commodities and suppliers.
• Lead supplier development, negotiations, and performance management.
• Own LNCA and DPC sourcing KPIs and improve performance.
• Collaborate to leverage economies of scale and drive lowest total cost of ownership.
• Partner with operations, engineering, quality, and finance on sourcing decisions.
• Identify, qualify, and develop suppliers while managing risk.
• Support issue resolution for shortages and supplier performance problems.
• Use ERP, analytics, and sourcing tools to improve reporting and decisions.
