Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, supply chain, business or related field.
• 6+ years of sourcing/procurement across indirect and/or direct categories.
• Experience negotiating contracts and optimizing supplier performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of strategic sourcing initiatives for assigned spend categories.
• Create and implement negotiation strategies for terms and contracts.
• Drive cost optimization via RFx events and vendor negotiations.
• Perform market analyses and monitor industry trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sourcing strategies.
• Maintain strong supplier partnerships and mitigate supply risk.
• Mentor sourcing team members on strategies and contracts.
• Understand supplier capabilities and drive delivery performance.
• Support compliance and continuous improvement in sourcing processes.
