Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
• 2+ years leadership or project management experience.
• Proven contract negotiation experience.
• Strong strategic sourcing knowledge and end-to-end processes.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP.
• Travel willingness at least 10%.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic sourcing plans and supplier management using TCO models.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align sourcing with business needs.
• Lead supplier innovation and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
