Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 6 years in sourcing/procurement or related roles; 10 years if no degree.
• Demonstrated experience leading sourcing events and supplier negotiations.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with cross-functional impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead RFQs, RFPs, supplier evaluations, and sourcing initiatives.
• Develop and maintain category strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead commercial negotiations for favorable pricing and terms.
• Analyze cost structures and develop total cost of ownership models.
• Provide market insights, forecasts, and savings estimates.
• Partner with stakeholders to align sourcing strategies and communicate recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
