Job summary

WECTEC Staffing Services, a wholly owned subsidiary of Westinghouse Electric Company LLC, is seeking a Category Sourcing Manager in Houston, TX. The role leads strategic sourcing, supplier management, and contract negotiations across assigned spend categories, guiding the end-to-end lifecycle from RFI to supplier performance oversight.

You will identify savings opportunities, strengthen supplier relations, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while driving SRM

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, supply chain, engineering, chemistry, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or category management.
Experience leading RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes.
Contract negotiation and supplier management experience.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end sourcing and contracting, including RFI, RFQ, and RFP events.
Develop category strategies that deliver cost savings and supply continuity.
Manage supplier selection, negotiations, implementation, renewals, and performance.
