IDR is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager experienced in leading IT Procurement efforts for Fintech organizations! The Commodity Manager's primary duties include strategic sourcing, contract lifecycle management, and compliance/governance. They will guide the selection, development, and management of strategic suppliers to meet commodity cost and performance goals, with emphasis on identifying cost targets for relevant technology and product roadmaps. Position Overview:

The Commodity Manager's primary duties include strategic sourcing, contract lifecycle management, and compliance/governance. They will guide the selection, development, and management of strategic suppliers to meet commodity cost and performance goals, with emphasis on identifying cost targets for relevant technology and product roadmaps.

Additional Duties Include:

• Understand & monitor current commodity market conditions/trends, developing technologies, supplier capacity/capability, product knowledge, customer requirements, and supply/demand challenges.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of NCR's Atleo's procedures, processes, and policies, especially sourcing and contracts policies.
• Implement a rigorous process for managing the supply base, including leading reviews, monitoring supplier performance (quality, cost, delivery, technology, service, leadership), managing relationships, root cause analysis, developing improvement plans, and collaborating with engineering on technology roadmaps.
• Lead negotiations and contract completion with global strategic and preferred suppliers to maximize benefits.
• Establish a strong network and foster collaboration with customers, suppliers, stakeholders, and team members.
• Develop and execute spend management strategies, including supplier assessments, negotiation, make vs. buy analysis, cycle time improvements, supply security, supplier diversity, continuous improvement, EDI, and collaboration with procurement, IT, and engineering.

Top Skills:

• 5+ years' experience in Procurement or Strategic Sourcing, specifically supporting IT divisions.
• 3+ years in indirect category management; strong understanding of IT & software licensing contracts, SOWs, POs.
• Experience managing contract lifecycle, handling source-to-contract processes.
• Experience within the Fintech industry.
• Bachelor's Degree required.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience facilitating bilateral master agreements & managing IT/software contracts.
